Glia Poland currently manufactures high-quality, injection-moulded tourniquets and Kidney-CAPs that support healthcare workers in low-resource settings. As demand continues to grow, we're exploring opportunities to expand our production capabilities and strengthen our long-term operational capacity. Identifying sustainable funding will help support future growth while advancing Glia's mission of improving access to essential medical devices.

How You Can Contribute

• Research grants, foundations, government programs, and corporate funding opportunities aligned with Glia's mission.

• Identify funding sources that support facility expansion, equipment, staffing, and operational growth.

• Organize and summarize funding opportunities, including eligibility requirements and application deadlines.

• (Optional) Assist with drafting grant applications, funding proposals, and supporting documentation.

Helpful Skills

• Grant research or grant writing experience.

• Fundraising or nonprofit development knowledge.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Ability to organize information and manage multiple funding opportunities.

• An interest in humanitarian healthcare, social innovation, or international development.
